Ordering
Your orders are placed directly on the winery and delivery is direct from the winery to you.
Orders are in cases of 12 bottles.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service staff on 1300 854 707. If your order has not been dispatched from the winery it can be cancelled.
Delivery
In most cases delivery should be within 5 working days, however in some instances please allow up to 10 business days.
As minors are legally unable to place orders or receive wine deliveries, please ensure that the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18 years.
All deliveries are made during business hours. Please provide a delivery address where deliveries can be personally accepted and signed for. If at the time of delivery there is no one available to accept delivery, a card will be left in the letterbox advising delivery contact details. If the carrier is Australia Post, your wines will be available for pick up at your local post office.
Payment
As your order is placed directly on the winery, your credit card statement will show the winery's name.
Payments may be made using Visa and MasterCard only.
All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars and include delivery and GST.
Security
We are conscious of the security of customer's information.
This website has protections to ensure that all orders are secure, our website supports Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) based transactions of 128 bit or greater.
Privacy
All information supplied by you will not be used for any purpose other than that of the purchasing and delivery of wine from the winery to you, and to occasionally provide you with information that you may find interesting. Your privacy is important; your information will not be passed on to any other party or used for any other purpose.
Quality, Returns & Replacement
Service and quality is very important to us. All wines on this website come with a no questions asked money-back guarantee.
If you encounter a problem with either the quality or taste of the first bottle of wine opened from that case, within the first 30 days from date of order through this website, please open a second bottle.† If you experience the same problem, please contact our customer service staff on 1300 854 707 immediately so that we may assist you.
If you have only opened two bottles from that case and have contacted us within 30 days from date of order, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
